I met her in a club down in Old Soho ...

Lola, lo lo lo lola!

Ok I really didn't meet her in a club, I met her in a parking lot! (;

This sweet girl walked up to me as I was getting out of a friends car to get into my own. We had just gotten back from the movies and it was around 12:30am or so. We were in the parking lot across the street from my driveway because my friend didn't want to drive his little dinky car down my long driveway and mess it up!

As I was getting out of the car this dog starts walking up to me from the highway and she scared me at first, but then it was love! I loaded her up in the back of my liberty and took her home. I put her in the dog pen beside Tug and left her there for the night. The next morning I wake up and walk straight out the back door. Mom said where are you going?! I said I'll be right back.

5 minutes later I walk in with this white puppy with black polka dots (she was about 8 or 9 months) and told mom the story.

I gave her a bath and she spent the rest of the day in the house!  She quickly found a comfy spot... It didn't last for long!

Well, we just happened to be outside when Papa Tim got home and he protested. I had been asking for a dog for the past year and they would never let me have one. He said she stays outside! ok fine. Well not even ten minutes later dad opens up the back door and says ok you can come in if you want. She runs in and grabs one of her toys! And then she was here to stay!

Don't get me wrong... I promised Papa Tim that I would try to find her owners. I made posters and I went to all the local vet offices to see if they recognized her. No one did. Her tail was already docked, but she was not spayed. No one ever called.

Lola is THE sweetest dog I have ever seen in my entire life. She was pretty much house trained in 2 days. She was very very shy at first. If you made a loud noise she would run and hide. I think she was trained as a hog dog and was too scared of guns and noises that they dropped her off. She got lucky the right person picked her up! She fell into a gold mine!

Now she loves going on horse rides, car rides, and loooves Blair!
Snow to Sunbathing
Her first day at our house.

And this is why I have dubbed her 'Gremlin'! Look at those ears (:

Always going going going!

She likes going to pig shows too!

I love my Lola belle

She's an all around good good dog! Except when she goes to the swamps..

Then she has to have a cold bath

She'll give you 'five' in a minute!

I'm glad I found My Lola. or.. PD as all the men call her. Dad started that one. Poochie and Dotty (PD)  were the names dad wanted me to call her. I do call her Dotty sometimes, But mostly belle, lola, gremlin or white child. (;
